I am a Certified Co-Active Life Coach, trained through the Coaches Training Institute—one of the most respected coach training organizations in the world. In addition, I hold certifications in Conflict Coaching, Leadership Development, and Professional Growth. I work with clients across a variety of areas, including life transitions, career development, business leadership, conflict resolution, and relationships. One of my greatest strengths is helping individuals who feel stuck. Whether it’s in business, relationships, or personal development, I help clients find clarity and create meaningful change.

Together with my husband, Dr. Edgar Welch, I also provide coaching and counseling to both individuals and couples. We specialize in premarital and relationship coaching and have worked with countless couples to build strong, healthy connections. For the past six years, we’ve led marriage retreats and relationship events that focus on communication, commitment, and long-term growth. Whether you’re facing a personal challenge, relationship issue, or professional transition, I’m here to support your journey with care, insight, and dedication.
